I would like to share with you not only now beautiful the Hancock Parks are to visit, but also how important they are to the lives of our seniors. I have the privilege of working with the residents of Sunrise Assisted Living of Findlay.

Every summer our residents are motivated to get out and enjoy life to the fullest. Whether it be the Riverside Summer Concert Series, of which we hold front row seats every week, or one of our residents most anticipated outings - a picnic in the park or our own "Lunch Bunch' Thursdays.

Our gentlemen enjoy fishing off the overlooks at Riverside Park, and don't forget the amazing "Senior Olympics" at Riverbend where our residents get to show off their finest talents year after year.

At each summer's end they are left longing for the next summer full of activities they know they will enjoy once again. My words are pale in comparison to what each of our seniors continues to feel about the places they grew up loving. I can not express how much these simple things mean to their, and now our lives.
